FORZA

FORZA provides 3 different models for the oxidation stability testing: Heated liquid bath, Heated aluminum block, and Individual tube heater apparatus.
Each type of bath has its own advantages.

  • Heated liquid bath is low cost and considered as the traditional and universally accepted bath type. 
  • Heated aluminum block bath eliminates the need for expensive and hazardous bath mediums which benefits laboratory safety, health, environmental, and maintenance issues.   
  • Individually heated tube Apparatus has all the benefits of aluminum block baths plus tighter temperature stability and the ability to operate each test position at different temperatures.

Individual Tube heater (ITH) Apparatus eliminate the need for expensive and hazardous bath mediums, which benefits laboratory safety, health, environmental, and maintenance issues plus tighter temperature stability and the ability to operate each test position individually and at same temperature as well as different temperature as desired by the client which saves energy.

  • Individual Tube heater Apparatus comes with optional Mass flow controllers (MFC) for better precision and steady flow rate
  • Digital indicating PID temperature control maintains ±0.1°C stability.
  • Temperature range of 40°C to 260°C.
  • Supplied with Regular Flowmeter (or) Mass flow Controller (MFC) for each test position.
  • Over Temperature safety cut off.
  • Each position has independent heaters and special insulation.
  • Each position has independent temperature sensors.
  • Each position has independent temperature control and high-temperature safety cut-off.
  • The unit is designed to operate all positions at same temperature or at different temperature as desired by the client with specific attention to be able to maintain large differential temperatures position to position.
  • When the position is unused they may be set to a low temperature to save energy.
