ROFA France - Fully automated Octane & Cetane blenders ASTM D2699, D2700, D613

Description:
Forza offers a range of fully automated octane and cetane blenders from ROFA France, that conforms to blending requirements outlined in ASTM Standards D2699, D2700, and D613. These blends are then used to determine the knock ratings of fuels in terms of octane or cetane number. 

Gravimetric (versus) Volumetric: 
In the Gravimetric blending system, the components are blended using precision mass measurements. In volumetric blending, the components are blended using volume measurements using a burette. Gravimetric and Volumetric Blenders offer a range of 2-6 Inputs (Iso Octane, N-Heptane, Toluene, PRF etc). 

Transferring Blend Components: 
Transferring of blend components from storage to the blending units is done by either gravity fed system, fuel pump transfer or a nitrogen pressurized system.

The Automated Digital Control System:
The Automated digital blender has state of the art electronics and windows based touch panel interface. The software is intuitive and simple to use. The software interfaces with a precision digital scale to generate accurate blends repeatably
